I bought the nativity scene and solar lights and never received anything. They said since I did not get transportation insurance then they can't refund me and that its the post offices responsibility now.

I ordered a 4 foot "outdoor nativity scene" The original price was $129.00 and it was advertised for 75% of in January. When I received the $39.00 product it was cardboard pieces of a nativity scene in a 12 inch by 16 inch envelope. I couldn't believe my eyes!! I contacted the company. They wanted a picture of what I received, and all tracking numbers, order numbers etc. I sent them everything they requested and they followed up with an email stating they would refund me $7.99 and I could keep the product. What a Disgrace!
