On Feb 26 I placed two orders for N95 respirator masks one order was for five masks for an amount of $99.95 and the second order was for 4 additional masks for a total of $79.96 Both orders were placed Feb 26 and payment was obtained by humblecrate transaction ID numbers for both were SEN67831T20431431 And 07252956KJ834814K Today I received the order of 4 masks but not the same as ordered they are without the washable charcoal filter and these are cheap paper they never contacted me that they were substituting something of much less value and assume that would be sufficient. I have never received the second order even though they received my money for both orders I have tried calling the number on the website but the number is always busy I have emailed them several times and again they can’t respond to my emails I would like a refund on both orders and to return these cheap masks for a full refund I will never do business with them again just want my money $179.91.
