I purchased two programs one for $17 and one for $37. They sent me “codes” to access the programs and they did not work. Additionally they sent me 25 emails confirming the purchase, the codes, etc. 25 emails with the same types of information. When I contacted their customer service, they said they would refund me. Then I got two emails stating they refunded me and right after that two more emails charging me again!!!! This zeroed out the refund and so my bank statement showed two refunds at ZERO DOLLARS. They refuse to give me my money back, i have no access to the programs that I paid for. They will NOT RESPOND. THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER AND NO ADDRESS!!!! HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?!?!
