Coffee table, expandable with glass, ordered from humanamaze.com ad from facebook on August 16,2022. “one day only while supplies last.”The table has not arrived in almost 3 months and after 17 emails. Parent company (in China) will not help. Order confirmation was sent on 8/16. Three weeks later I inquired about the delay and they blamed Covid. For almost 8 weeks they gave me several excuses: Covid, tech issues, lack of employees, tracking problems, etc. They left it on my front porch so someone must have taken it, they said. I went to my local usps and they looked up the tracking number which went to a completely different address across town and the package weighed 2pounds, 3ounces and was sent from a different company. No coffee table weighs that little unless it goes in a miniature doll house! USPS said scammers frequently use random tracking numbers from the customer’s area they find online. I emailed the company again about this and began getting auto generated emails “sorry for delay”…

The draft on my acct reads: “ PayPal *ZHINANTECH 402-935-7733 HKG” I do not have a PayPal account. I lost almost $50.

My wife made a purchase on Facebook marketplace. The supposed company is humanamaze. We tried to track the item with the order number. We tried to make contact online. As a last resort we tried their phone number. To no avail; number is disconnected. And we filed a complaint with Facebook and now BBB. The ball's your collective court; with our blessing. Thanks
