I received a call from Humana 330-286-6035 in Canfield Ohio. The caller said they were from "Matrix Medical" & I hung up. I called Humana CS "they said that 330 -286-6035 # was not from them."

They have call outs but not from that Phone#. I am filing this because there are a lot of elderly people out there that will give all their medical information to callers & they end up getting scammed. I feel this was a Phishing call & I did not give any personal information to the caller. People need to call the actual rel company to confirm the caller.

Caller stated she was from Hummana and asked if this was me. I replied “yes”. She said she couldn’t hear me and again asked if it was me. Having heard about the “yes phone scam” I immediately hung up.
