Said I qualified for a 9,700 grant because I was never late on paying bills and didn't have any felonies. Is supported by big brand companies and just needs to pay a transaction fee of 250 because the maximum to take out is only 3,000. But they said this would be given in cash so it is needed to be given all at once not in increments. Then they said i would be compensated and 9,950 after I pay the transaction fee.
