I turned on TV for granddaughter to watch Hulu and it wouldn't connect so contacted customer service. When they couldn't get to connect they said connected me with tech..they told me IP address breached. Supposedly then fraud department came on also. They told me I had to put anydesk app on phone to help with resolution. Then told me I had more than 3000 in fraud charges coming out of account and needed to get to bank and draw out money and not tell banker...they kept me on line the entire time and got me to put into a bitcoin depot machine to make safe and then stole it all. I called police who do nothing..closed accounts etc..changed passwords
