The scammer had pictures up of very intricate wire sculptures that were works of art. When I purchased them, they arrived and were cheap, flimsy cut outs. Not wire sculpture at all and of extremely poor quality. The designs weren't even the same as pictured. When they arrived I asked to return them for the correct ones. They said to send them pictures and they would investigate. (They have a very short return window so I can only assume they were trying to run out the clock) I sent pictures and they said they were sorry but not to return them because their return address isn't their actual address. They said instead they would give a partial refund and I could keep them. I didn't want them because they weren't anywhere near what I ordered, they were junk. The dandelions bend upon the merest touch and they are just straight up ugly stencil cut items you'd find at the dollar store. I went to get the original picture and that whole part of the website was gone. Luckily I'd saved it from when I'd looked at it originally or I'd have had nothing to compare what arrived to. The seller would not do a full refund, but fortunately I'd purchased through Paypal and knew they might refund me. I started a case with Paypal but since it was my word against theirs situation, I did not know if Paypal would refund me or not. The seller kept offering more and more of a discount, but I still didn't want their cheap junk and I was angry that they were tricking people, so I kept saying no. Finally I started worrying that if Paypal somehow decided not to refund I'd be out a lot of money, so when Paypal told me to make my final decision, the seller made their final offer, which was approximately a 90% refund, I went ahead and took it. I figured it was better than nothing and I don't know exactly how the rules work on Paypal and I couldn't tell if the links I sent with photos of the products made it through to them because I'm not very computer savvy. I don't want anyone else to get scammed though. This was a Mother's Day gift and it was heartbreaking to learn we'd been ripped off instead. I hope you catch and punish them. They do not have a real phone number. I gave you the one they list, but it has one less digit than a number actually has, so I added a zero at the end or I would not have been able to complete this form.
