I placed an order on 4/11/2024 for a wheelchair for $53.27. They told me it shipped on 4/15/24. I never received a tracking number. The chair never arrived. I have cameras surrounding my property and would have seen the delivery. I contacted the business by email on 5/8/24 and told them it wasn't delivered. The business told me they confirmed with the logistics company that it had been delivered. They told me to check with my neighbors and the Post Office. The Post Office knew nothing. Then the company told me it must have been stolen. They told me they would ship a new chair. When I requested a tracking number, they did not respond or provide one. They contacted me on 5/26 and asked if I could wait. I agreed and they said it would be shipped in 3-5 days. The chair never arrived. I waited until 7/10 before emailing them to ask them where it was and did not receive a response.
