Ordered expensive items from this company. They took the money, provided a delivery date, and a month later, still nothing. No communication, no response to requests for updates or replacement items. This company is a scam. The five star reviews are obviously the scam perpetrators trying to reel in additional marks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - REPORT THEM TO YOUR BANK AND BBB.

I ordered a present for my daughters 5th birthday from them on June 23rd. Today is September 10th and I still have not received my order. My daughters bday was August 12th so obviously no present. I have tried so many times to contact them w/ only one email received back on Aug 14th where they told me it should be here any day so wait 10 more days and if I didn’t receive email them back. I have and no response none. I posted comments on their Instagram page and now they have blocked me. They are scammers! It’s a Scam they basically stole $68 from my family. It’s sickening!

This company had an advert on a social media site. I bought the product and received a receipt. A month went by and I never received a shipping confirmation so I contacted the company. They claimed the item shipped 3 weeks ago and I needed to wait another two weeks to file a missing item claim. I waiting and replied after two weeks, they said they would process my refund. Nothing happened, I contacted them again, this time I got a partial refund email, but the refund never hit my credit card. I replied back, they claimed that I had received the product and provided a bogus (non-hyperlinked) tracking number. I responded that I had not received the item and again claimed they issued me a full refund which again never came through on my card. Finally, I called American Express and filed a dispute against this company. It is clear that they are a scam website that sells products that don't exist. I wanted to file a report and make you aware so maybe this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I did indicate that I lost money, but my credit card did issue me a credit for the charge.
