I ordered family holiday pajamas which took almost 3 weeks to arrive. When I inquired about the shipment I was told the item was not available and I would receive another item. I replied asking to cancel the order as I was no longer interested. They insisted on sending the wrong item. Instead of being offered a full refund I was offered a 20 percent discount. I was then told to send a picture of the item. Then I was offered $20. I declined and requested a full refund.
