They said it was coming from home shopping network and it's a scam go to track the package invalid tracking number send you to multiple email addresses no answer don't buy from them

Item presented was a travel suitcase that was purported to have been featured on Nome Shopping Network. I purchased it, and received, instead, about 7 weeks later, a pair of cheap sunglasses (think dollar store). When I emailed, the company eventually responded stating their shipper had made a mistake and they would "investigate." They pleaded with me to be patient and that they would offer a refund, After two weeks passed, I again reached out and was told that the refund had been processed. There is no refund on my account. They are using multiple email addresses that appear to go to the same location. [email protected], [email protected], for example. VERY frustrating!
