Raincoat

Ordered a red raincoat as seen on Facebook with the Nordstrom Outlet in the ad. Lovely picture of the raincoat and description. What a mistake! Took weeks to come from China and didn’t fit. Poorly made. Couldn’t get the buttons through the button holes. Was offered a 20% refund which has not been received. What a scam! Facebook should have some responsibility for letting this company advertise on their site. If I had checked them out I would have known better. Who would have thought? Wish I had a copy of the original ad to show everyone.

I had the same experience. Ordered, Finally got rain jacket, POOR SIZE,
Emails sent , answered, but finally %20 offered in store credit!
Yes and various emails are different names.
Who knows who they are?
Another scam on FACEBOOK.

The add was for Nordstrom, Are you kidding! NOT Nordstrom by any means.. out $60?

I ordered a raincoat and scarf through this company on September 24, 2021, and still have not received my package. At that time it was called Nordstrom Outlet then Leatherfully. I thought it was the Nordstrom store. I paid my bill through PayPal and discovered they were also going under the name of Leeens. They only contact me through emails, and send excuses. Now today they are under the name HSN LIFE, this company keeps changing its names and email addresses:
