These people shipped an item that I ordered then a month later took $89.96 from my account I used to purchase the first product for $5.99. I was livid to say the least. The charge on my card was listed as “HS Skin Cream.” I told the rep to immediately refund my money and cancel any dealings they assumed I have with their company. The rep stated the product would have to be returned before I received a refund, minus a $19.00 restocking fee. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CROOKS WITH AN F RATING FROM THE BBB.
