Agent James Walker ask me for my name then proceeded to tell me that I was a winner I congratulated me asking me for some personal information everything except for my social security number such as do I pay rent date of birth he asked me I'm on disability what's my what do I work he also asked do I have a bank account do I have a checking account credit card do I have debit cards saying that I needed $200 to pay for certification and delivery fees and information to contact another person after I repeatedly told him I do not have any money I have all this communication on messenger between all three I don't know if this is truly a scam or not but I just felt as if something was wrong
