Renee Cannon contacted me via email and stated that I looked to be the perfect fit for their company working from home doing data entry. The interview was done threw Skype which I thought we would do threw video and it was all done threw Skype messaging, no video chatting involved. She sent me an offer of employment that I was to sign and send back, which I did. The offer of employment letter had a salary of 30.75 per hour starting with hours Monday thru Friday 8-5. Once I did that we proceeded the process via Skype messaging, she said they would send me a laptop and they would also send me a check to purchase a scanner, laminating machine, shredder, and printer and I was to deposit it into my bank account so that I could purchase the equipment. I stated what about the laptop? She kept reassuring me that they will send that in the mail. She asked for me to send a photo via email of myself for my id badge, should have been my red flag ?? there but I went ahead and sent it. After doing that is when I felt u easy and told her I would get back with her that I needed to check to see if her company was reputable and that I was contacting the BBB, she stated that her company was legitimate. Called ScamPulse.com and they have no record of that company in the United States. So this company is a scam and trying to steal people’s identity. DO NOT ACCEPT OR RESPOND TO ANY EMAILS FROM RENEE CANNON
