They also used Google Hangouts (now known as Chat) to communicate with me and tell me that I needed to use their money to pay for equipment before the job started.
They sent me screenshots of checks to mobile deposit to pay for the equipment.
They also had me use Zelle and Venmo to pay people who (I thought) were part of the vendor that was going to send me the equipment.
