Texted me saying her name is Kristen Robinson and to email her at hr@calistatherapeutics. I didn't think anything about sending my resume and then took an assessment which thankfully didn't ask for any personal information. There was a new employee form which asked for the bank used but nothing more specific. I got suspicious when she skipped the interview stage and gave an offer letter. When I asked for a phone call she went silent and I haven't heard anything from her for 2 days. I called the number she texted with and while it says it's for HR on the answering machine if you press 0 twice for the operator it just says no one is available and to leave a message.

I plan on reporting the email as well.

I got a text one day after applying on ZipRecruiter just looking for remote work saying “ Good morning! My name is Kristen from Calista Therapeutics, Inc (www.calistatherapeutics[.]net). I'm reaching out to you in regards to your job application for the position of a remote data entry clerk. We are pleased to invite you to interview for this position. The rate of pay for this role will be $27 per hour. If you are interested in this position, please send your resume to my email address hr@calistatherapeutics[.]net . I look forward to hearing from you soon.”

This person introduced themselves as Kristen Robinson. I emailed my resume and the response seemed legit. It caught my attention because i do not know of many Entry Level jobs will give the luxury to choose pt/ft + any shift you desire. It’s usually pick and choose so I’m glad I went with my gut instinct Before giving personal info like a SSN or ID. Stay Safe Folks !!

Dear Stacey Isenbarger,

We are delighted to extend this offer of employment to you for the position of a Data Entry Clerk with

Calista Therapeutics. You will be required to complete the following tasks to proceed with what comes

next in your hiring process.

1. You will be required to complete an identity verification process. Ms Robinson will walk you

through this process

2. All of our administrative staff are currently working from home and we are unable to coordinate

the shipping of your office equipment to you. However, the company is willing to send you a

check. The amount on the check will cover the purchase and shipping of your office equipment.

The HR Assistant (Ms Robinson) will also assist you with this process. You are expected to use

the funds from the check to complete the purchase of your office equipment from the companyapproved vendor. Kindly advise that the company can rely on your full trust, commitment and

diligence in carrying out this task.

Please Note: The Employment agreement can be found below this letter. Kindly sign and return same via

email in acceptance. If you accept this offer, your start date will be 14th of June 2023 or another mutually

agreed upon date
