Same email as others after I used ZipRecruiter to apply for remote CSR. So frustrated people are scamming off job boards. Argh. Should we also report them on ZipRecruiter?

Here is email I received 5/15/25
I hope this email finds you well. I came across your resume, which was suggested to me for the position of Customer Service Representatives I'm reaching out to you with an urgent recruitment opportunity to replace my current Personal Assistant and CSR personnel.

Job Overview:

I am seeking a friendly, simple, and trustworthy assistant who can handle customer service tasks and provide administrative support. This is a remote position, offering flexibility as a full-time or part-time job. The working hours will be between 5 to 8 hours daily, with the possibility of increasing hours if desired.

I saw a CSR position on Zip Recruiter and applied. The following day I received an email telling me to send a code CSR/10 to the attached email. 2 days later I received the exact same email that led to report: Good Morning, I hope this email finds you well. 2 days later I received an email saying I had been hired. I checked with my professional reference, she had not been contacted. The email listed a variety of equipment they would be sending me, and stated that she would talk to me after she finished a project she was doing in Toronto but had work for me to do already. There was no phone number, and we hadn't even had a Zoom meeting. The whole situation felt off and that is why I am reporting.
