Parents hp printer wasn't working they looked online for tech support phone number for HP. THey called 18888279060 Guy there convinced them to let him have access to their computer and then tried to sell them stuff. I think he downloaded a lot of their information first. Red flags. THey were calling about the printer but he did not ask anything about that. Primarily interested in getting them to give access to the computer. Tried to sell them Mac warranty plan.
