They ask for money and tell you that you need a technician assigned to you and they will charge you for that technician. This is not something that HP customer service does. I believe this is a scam number

My black would not print so I googled online help for HP. all kinds of numbers popped up. I called the first one and he said he was with HP and the problem was internal so he needed access to my computer. he had me go to showmypc.com and next thing you know I had no control to my computer he was controling everything. I shut down my computer and when I rebutted it It was downloading all kinds of stuff. He said his name was Robby badge number 2987.
