The number came up on the internet which looks completely legit under HP customer service. Teh conversation sounded fishy so i googled the number and it was reported under scam. When I said that the person hung up on me. They were informing me that I would have to pay for updating my computer. When I asked why I got a roundabout answer. But he stated I would have to pay as I did an error on updates.
