After seeing what seemed like a legitimate web site, I contacted this company whose website is: howtopackets.com, and paid a fee of $89.99 for help with filing a small claims lawsuit and serving the company I was suing. Their website claims that if you don't receive the completed paperwork within 2 business days, the service would be free. That was December 11, 2015. I was working with an individual named "Adam" via a phone number: 512-649-3023, He was answering the phone and (I thought) working with me to get the finished paperwork, which he claimed he mailed personally. No paperwork came, and now the phone calls go directly to a voicemail, and no return calls for two months now.
