Purchased the hoverboard on 3/14/21 and the item was delivered on 3/19/21. Within 20days (4/8/21) of using it, the hoverboard no longer worked. the company site indicates that they have a 90 warranty. I have reached out to them via their email support multiple times with no response to this date. Their site does not provide a phone number to reach them at. My 10yr old son paid for this with money he saved up and now it is of no use. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Our daughter ordered a hoverboard from Hoverboard.com on January 12, 2021. It took 8 days to arrive by mail, she used it once, and the hoverboard will not charge. No one at the company responds to email or phone calls and their online chat is "disabled". We paid $168.99 and would like a replacement battery or our money back, but it's impossible to reach them.

Went to buy a replacement charged for my sons hoverboard. Thought this was hoverboards main site . So ordered a $30 charger. Money was taken out of my account. But when I went to check tracking my shipment had been canceled. I tried to call and see why. But no one answers calls back or emails back. This has been going on for almost a week. My poor son has been waiting for his charger and it looks like it won't be coming. During this time with everything going on that $30 is a big deal. Looks like people been having issues with this fake company for awhile who come it's still up confusing people and scamming people

I purchased a hoverboard from HoverBoards.com on June 26. I was charged for the product on that date through PayPal and was sent a confirmation of order, account registration etc on that day. On July 2nd they sent an email saying they were shipping July 10-13 and I would be sent a UPS tracking number in the next few days. I never received a tracking number. Instead, on July 18 they sent an email stating the item was backordered and now delivering Aug 10. They gave two options: 1. Keep the existing order or 2. Cancel the order and receive a full refund. I requested the order be cancelled via reply email. On July 23, they sent an email stating they had another color of my item shipping immediately. I replied via return email to go ahead as long as the item would arrive by July 31 since we were moving then so our address would change. On Aug 10, they sent an email stating they their Wisconsin warehouse had recently resumed full operations after having limited staffing due to covid-19 restrictions. They indicated shipping Aug 24.

This company doesn't seem to read return emails and they do not respond to them. I tried calling and a recording referred me back to their website. If I check my account status, it shows order "complete" on their website. Only the UPS label has been created. No shipping has occurred. My shipping address has changed and I stated that in several emails to them. I suspect that I have been strung along.

I ordered a hover board on hoverboards.com on 07/20/2019. I've been emailing, calling and live chating them and no one has returned my calls. Site says they are up and running and will deliver in 1-4 days. Below is what the site says when I log into the account I set up. I haven't receive a confirmation and the money was taken out of my account on 07/21/2020.

Hoverboards.com There is no address, they do not answer their phone calls nor answer emails. I purchased a hoverboard from them. My granddaughter was only able to ride it one day and the charger or the battery failed to work. I contacted the company and did get an email back asking a couple of questions. They determined that is was the charger but said it could be the battery. They told me they would get a charger in the mail and a tracking number but that never happened. I've called, emailed, left messages, etc. etc. No calls back, nor emails. This is a scam and I'm out $170.00 plus an unset kid. Do not purchase from them!!!

I ordered my daughter a hoverboard on February 24th and have not received my order it takes one day for them to contact you by email then when I contacted them again they have not responded at all and I've been contacting them for a week now no response they said my order has shipped it hasn't I have not received my order now no one is contacting me about my order nobody has reship my order my tracking is now not available
