Ordered Hoverboard360, received Imoto product, have been trying to contact the company for the last 3 weeks to return it and cannot contact anyone via customer service email address that site provides, or 1-800 number provided.

Shipping label indicates item came from Hong Kong, no specific return address. UPS international and local have attempted to determine return location/address and are unable to.
