I ask to return a table and chair set that somehow got order the size of this table would never fit where it was going. I called Houzz and they told me I would need to return the table with new tracking numbers. I told them there was no way I could get the packages to fed ex I don't drive. I called Fedex to see if they could pull them back to the location which they told me it would have to come from their department. I called Houzz back and the gentlemen on the phone retacted it and they gave him case Numbers I then called back fed ex and they gave me case numbers that I could use. I having been disbuting this with my credit card company and they keep asking me for a cancell notice which I don't have and these items never came to my house they clearly show by Fedex that they went back to the shipper with the same tracking numbers that was used to ship to me I just want my money back of 918.91 table and chairs 797.48 and insurance 121.43 I had 30 days to return which it never reached my door I don't think it made it out of CA for that matter. tacking numbers 270809354569 270809354580 270809354606 fed ex Case numbers for getting it back to their location are c-60807476 c-60808267 c-60808313 I do not have table Houzz won't give money back to credit card cause nothing says they will give me my money back if no merchandise and I have to pay and no evidence it came to my house this I say is fraud on their part .
