Received a FINAL NOTICE and actually gave me a Customer ID for myself. Only listed Types of Coverage AVAILABLE, Enhanced coverage, Protection available to keep my Home Warranty up to date. Requested an IMMEDIATE RESPONSE. No address given or name of their organization just identified as Lender info: Housing AUTH/Jackson CNTY = bogus HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH EITHER ENTITY. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!! Made me feel as though I had to contact them IMMEDIATELY because they could not (failed) to contact me and therefore a FINAL NOTICE.
