I have reached out to multiple gov't agencies and authorities to report this crime of extorsion (demanding payment for mail that is mine), fraud, deceit with the intent to defraud someone of money, etc. I have either spoken to someone, reported this incident online and/or done both at these agencies, The agencies I've contacted in regards to this matter are as follows: USPost Office 3698 Inner Perimeter Rd. Valdosta, Georgia, [email protected], MIchelle ***** - Consumer Affairs for the Post Office, Postal Inspector Valdosta *******, www.uspid.gov, Rental Fraud Valdosta *******, Report Fraud ftc.gov, the Attorney General Fraud Hotline, Suncoast Credit Union their fraud legal team was already on Tuesday 12/6/23, Postal Inspector General, USPis.gov/Report, report filed with the Federal Trade Commission - report #167249937, Internet Crime Complaint Center for Cyber Crime - www.ic3.gov - headed by the FBI, contacted Paypal on 12/6/23, report made to Facebook Messenger, report to Google because I also was contacted via that social media platform and others.
I can provide phone numbers for the places I called if needed. I am going to also report the fraud to local authorities both in Tampa, Florida and Valdosta Georgia and plan to find and report to any other reporting agencies/organizations that I can find. I also was finally able to locate the real owner of the property they tricked me into believing I rented and the official property management company handling the leasing of the apartment - McPeak Realty Grp. Inc. Property Management - 813-352-6659 I spoke with James and he assured me that what was going on was a true scam and that the accounts were all probably fake and the the names are not even really theirs. Further more, James claimed that they probably were not even operating in the United States, they're probably working out of some country that allows this type of stuff to continue without putting forth much effort to stop it or bring these criminals to justice. I don't know how much more is needed. I provided all the information that I had on these deceitful scammers, their extended attempt to continue to defraud and rob me of money, claiming to hold my mail in exchange for money, etc.
I received nothing from Alexis. She scammed me of my money and I am retired living on a small pension. She continued to assure me that the package would arrive then it was at the post office, then she would hold it till I sent her money, then it was back as the post office, etc. One lie after another. She tried so hard to get as much money from me as possible and once I started to refuse she became nasty and belligerent with me. It's a mess. She did contact me again 12/7/23 and condescendingly asking if I pick up the package form the post office. I simply replied to her all the things I did, all the reports made, some of the gov't agencies the crime was reported to, mentioned the FBI, international and domestic cyber crimes, Federal Trade Commission, etc. Don't know if is scared her or what but she was all like, "Why???", after all I did for you, I'll fight this in court, etc. I simply replied back acting across state lines with the intent to deceive for a scam via the use of the USPS is a Felony (Federal Crime) your talking a few years in prison which is a drop in the bucket compared to charges you face with the FBI, Federal Trade Commission, etc.
I am assuming she is in Georgia when reporting this to you because she claimed to have mailed the package from the post office at the post office located at 3698 Inner Perimeter Rd. Valdosta, Georgia 31602.
