Lucy acts as a middle person of investors that are offering a grant for first time home buyers she has a good talk game of a older Christian woman she has you come in and fill out one from which I found to be odd for the purchasing or applying of a home, I should have stuck with my gut feeling that this wa a scam but she continued to follow up with and seem so efficient that I proceeded with the process of giving her a money order of 1800.00, I have since then called her to ask for my money back and discovered the other complaints that have been filed on her due to not returning others money
