At first this site seemed legit and trustworthy, I ordered from them more than once everything went fine. But when I had an item to return for a refund, and jumped through all the ridiculous hoops required in there return policy, they didn't honor there end and refund my money. They kept my item and never sent my refund. Finally I got a call from a man saying it would take about 7 weeks for my refund to come through, its been months since then, still no refund or reply to my emails. (DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE).

I ordered in june a hair straighter comb from their site worth 30 spmthing dollars in total after tax and shipping from usa to canada , but they charged me 40 something! I said ok no problem till now i didn’t receive the item at all and the delivery date keeps changing everyday! I email them no response ... call them no response ... i hope they dont withdraw more money from my account they are scammers 100%

Ordered products on May8 took the money keep changing delivery date have called several times no response emailed several times poor business. Need to report to BBB seems like a scam

I placed an order on February 18, 2022, they took the money immediately from my bank account.
And the package never came. No email sending me a shipping day or order or nothing!
Tried to contact the phone number is said is been change or disconnected. Send at least 3 emails and no one respond.
Send I text and a automatic answer text me back that they will contact me the next 24 hours. That was over a week ago. Every time I log in on website said that my order and my email is not correct.
Is it a way to get this scammers?
I though and look like this site was legit. Being from the States. Lost $31.47
Just scamming people for little at the time.

I ordered products that I was charged above what I was invoiced for. Never got the items. They don't respond to my emails. They must be a front for an illegal operation.

I placed my order December 22, 2021. I have sent several emails, via their website, as it is the ONLY way listed to contact them, and I get an automated response, but never any other response. It is January 11, 2022 and I still have not received my products. They basically scammed and stole almost $23 from me, and not only didnt send me what I ordered, they also dont even respond to the emails.

Please do not order anything from this website. It is A TOTAL SCAM !
This website is A TOTAL SCAM !!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!!

Ordered 28/09/21. Have not received product and when I try to track order with USPS there is no record of the tracking number. Have contacted company and have not had any response.

I placed an order with House of Beauty world. The order total came to over 100 USD. The courier was not able to deliver my goods as I was out at the time. The goods were returned to the store. This was in 2019 and till now, I have not received my refund. I live in the United Kingdom and when I tried to get my money back, the store informed me that I must accept a store credit and ring my order through. Later, they insulted me by writing to tell me I should see a Doctor because I demanded my money back.

Please do not order from House of Beauty World. They will steal your money if the goods are not delivered. Furthermore, they will mock you simply for trying to get your money back. If you want good customer care and a stress free shopping experience, I strongly advise you spend your money elsewhere.

I order a wig off this sight almost a month ago and received and email immediately after purchase. I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. I NEVER GOT THE TRACKING NUMBER. I NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO MY NUMEROUS CALLS AND EMAILS. I believe this place is a scam just to take your money. And it is a shame because I was really looking forward to this wig. I’m am preparing to take legal action at this point because after my research I have found that NUMEROUS people have had the same experience as me. I want a full refund and they better act quick or this whole place will be shut down!

I ordered 4 beauty products from The House of Beauty online. They were running a promotional for 15-20% off your online purchase, so that’s how they appeal to potential customers. I placed an order for the four items. Then there website included shipping delays due to COVID-19, and offered expedited shipping as an option for $8-9 dollars. I placed my order and included the expedited shipping charge. The next day I received an email that my order had been received and had shipped. I continued to check the UPS tracking number, but there were no tracking details for this package which was very odd. The delivery date continued to be pushed out. I tried calling the vendor, but no one answered the phone. About a month later, a package was delivered with only one item. The invoice stated that I would be refunded fir the three items. I called my credit card company and provided them with this information. The credit card company added this information to the dispute I opened a week or two earlier since I hadn’t received any merchandise. Several weeks later, the vendor notified the credit card company that they had delivered all items to me, so the credit card company closed my dispute and attempted to bill me for all items. When I received an email from the credit card vendor about the dispute, I called them and let them know that I hadn’t received any additional items. The credit card company issued a refund from this vendor. This vendor is a scam. I wouldn’t order online from them again or do any business with them again.

Never received online purchase. They took the money and their customer service number is fake nobody answers. Their email address is also fake no one answers after sending several emails.

I ordered some hair care products worth approximately $87. After waiting for two weeks with no sign of delivery, I checked the website again and realised there was no physical address of the company and no specific phone number to call. Sent an email to threaten them and they sent me a fake email that my order has shipped and they do that every week
