He says the rent is $250 sends you out to look at the house but you can’t go in you have to look in the window looks like someone stays there then he wants a $50 application fee and he keeps your money and stop picking up calls

I was looking for rentals in the ellet akron area & found a nice house with 1 picture i had to reply by email so i did.. About 20 minutes later i recieved a text message from a man named Rev. Douglas stating that this was his home for rent. I asked if we could set up a time to view the property he told me to just go drive by & look i then replied that i would like to see the inside of the home to make sure its sutable for my family he said i can send you photos of the inside of the home.. Then he said i am in Georgia where i have been with my family for the past 5 years doing the work of God to which i was called for.. I told him that was great but how would i pay rent & get the keys which i already new this was a scam but i played the game to get more info.. He said i will send you the application in the mail send it back to me & i will send you the keys. His texting was off you could tell he didnt speak english very well just off how he text i told him with so many scams going around that this wasnt okay for me & he said trust me i am a man of god i need you to trust me.. to which i told him that it wasnt going to happen & he said okay...
