This operation is a shame. I signed a contract with this company to do a lease with option to buy the property in McDonough, GA 30253 to a husband and wife. Of the nine payments made to me for tenant rent, four have been 20-45 days late. The last payment I received from the company was Dec 10th of 2015. I have yet to receive Jan And Feb 2016 payments which are due on the 10th of each month. Mr Williams refused to communicate with me or the tenants in the residence.
