I ordered a Dak Prescott jersey I thought I was getting a original jersey not a jersey that is painted on 4/3 for $49.39. I returned as the return policy stated. They said the would refund my money they didn't so I had to open a dispute through my bank back in may. I emailed this company again and they said that they couldn't refund me because there was a problem with my bank. So because my bank credited me the amount of $49.39 back on 6/9. Since this company didn't release the funds. Now they took it out of my account so now I have to pay the $49.39 back. My bank informed me to email this company to get my refund but it looks like they have shutdown there website. They also told my bank that this charge is valid. But yet I don't have my refund. This company is nothing but scammers. How can I go about getting my refund for $49.39.

This company sold me an MLB Majestic Jersey. I had just purchased one in store for myself for the same price because they were on sale given Nike was taking over. Purchased on 4/13. $50 - same as I paid in store. They didn't send, so I tried to cancel thinking it was a scam after 6 days. Then they said they had shipped it, so I couldn't cancel the order. There was tracking, the number was created and nothing had happened since the 13th (the original date of the order). So I opened a paypal ticket on the 25th, asking for a refund since it wasn't sent. Hotobooks then sent the package that day. Once received, it was not a Jersey, but a faded, bleeding print of a jersey, not worth $10. It was also from Jhon Doe at the address listed here. They have a return policy, so I followed their process to request a return shipping label. they responded saying they hadn't received it to give them patience. Their return address is 7 Baldwin Hill Rd in Phillipson, MA 01331. Not even close to TX. The paypal person listed is Lê Trung Dung at [email protected]. I escalated to paypal for a refund of the product price. I am still going through it, but am unable to give all the info to paypal including several emails with the company. These people and their accounts should be investigated by the FBI. They are stealing from people. Paypal, if they do not approve my claim should be investigated for not doing their due diligence. This is my first step on this. I don't think anyone should be scammed in this way.
