I placed an order for six bottles of Mounja Burn drops and an ebook on December 25th. I have followed up multiple times on January 10th, 13th, and 23rd to inquire about the status of my order and request a tracking number, but I have not received any response.

I contacted Hotmart regarding this issue, but I was informed that my warranty period expired seven days after purchase and that I needed to contact the producer directly via email. Unfortunately, I have not received a response from the producer either.

As a result of this experience, I am disputing the charge with my credit card provider. I also want to warn other consumers about the lack of consumer protection from Hotmart.

I saw an ad to make some money from, so I signed up to do verifications: checking sets of pictures to make sure they were correct or not. After a few days I noticed that they were always the same pictures and always the same mistakes. I thought this was strange but continued to do what I was supposed to do. At a certain monetary level I was granted access to give my information to be able to collect my earnings. When I saw what they wanted red flags went up. I didn't give them any information, and decided to take a couple of days to figure things out. I tried to log in to my job site when I got this notification come up: X

At that point I tried to get a refund. But according to them I was past the time to request one so I tried to stop my subscription but couldn't figure out how to on their site because the instructions they give didn't get me to where I needed to be no matter what I tried. That is when I decided to contact you.
