I booked a hotel online with the dates of my travel. After I put my credit card number in and got a confirmation, the dates had changed so I called several times to get my dates changed to the correct dates and the person on the other end of the line kept telling me she had to transfer me to the hotel department and also told me I had the wrong number and she did transfer me but noone ever answered. I googled the name hotelwiz which is who I booked through and called that number which was a different number and I called it twice to try and get my dates changed and they hung up on me both times. I am out $106 because of this scam. Something needs to be done about this fake company. I even called the hotel where I wanted to stay and the lady could not find any reservation for me.
