It is an illegal hotel that only accepts cash and Chinese app transfers. It promise guests for accommodation, but does not provide accommodation services and deceives many guests who want to stay.

We purchased a hotel reservation from Google Hotels and used third party Rehlat.co. We called Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh to confirm the reservation and they did not have the booking. We contacted the merchant; Rehlat.co and they did not provide a booking number. The booking was refundable until November 2023 and once I requested the booking number that was not provided, they also refused to provide a refund.
