We called who we thought was residence inn and it ended up being a 1-888 number and they charged me over $380 when I went to cancel the room over a week in advance they only sent me back about $270. The hotel stay was March 2nd and it’s now April 26th and still haven’t got my money. I’ve been calling almost weekly and now going to be daily until I get my money.
