I thought I was purchasing a storage shed through this company and come to find out that they never even mailed out anything to me and I never received anything and when I tried to contact their contact information I received nothing back but a generic response back just showing me how much I paid and that's it and I would like these people to realize that they can't continue to do these to people this is ridiculous I don't know how they sleep at night

My 16 year old son wanted the couch that they had on their website. So he went and put his own money on my PayPal card and ordered it. I had emailed them 3 times and never heard back until I told them I want to cancel my order and my son’s money back. Then all of a sudden they were able to get a tracking number to me. Please do not buy anything from them.

I ordered a futon bed for $78.38 from hotekart on Dec 3 2021, initial time estimated for delivery was 3 to 5 business days and it never came, I emailed them after receiving my receipt to ask how long the delivery will take and nobody ever emailed me back, just wanted to confirm the estimated time for delivery that the website stated.

I placed an order at the beginning of December and sent a few emails asking when my order would arrive. I've yet to hear from this "so-called" business. Stay away from this website or any ads you may see. Prices are too good to be true. I'm finding out the hard way.
