I have reported this company for sending a false item and ask for a refund within the amount of time they allow. They refused to give me full refund so I decide to report them. After that, I try to give a negative review on their website and they are blocked or not allowed me to post my picture or my review. They ask you to put your email address in and the system may detect it that way. All good review remains which look also fake like they are doing review by themselves with a nice product but what I got is totally different than them. There is no bad review at all for that product. It is not right that they get to delete customer's review if they don't like. I have purchased online items all my life and have never experienced this. I thought I need to do something. I hope you get to monitor this.
