Ordered products via Hotstuff4guys.com on 30th Jan 2023. Received confirmation and soon the tracking number. However the tracking number showed parcel leave China to USA for delivery. I am in Australia! Tried contacting them but there were no replies.

Money Lost: AUD$79.90

I placed an order on Feb, 6th 2023 on HotStuff4Guys.com which was $50 and I got a confirmation email and I waited for the tracking number of the shipment but I never got it. The email they provide on the website is not reachable. And no customer service to talk to.

I placed an order on 6 feb 2023 on HotSuff4Guys.com and got an email with order number but I didn’t get an email with shipping number, I tried to contact the customer service on the email they provides my my email couldn’t be delivered. I tried to contact them using the chat service but it’s always offline! I lost $45

Add another "I got scammed by hotstuff4guys.com".
Ordered 2 items: a dildo and a douche. Hey its an adult store...

I was told one item (the douche) was delayed but the other would ship immediately.

Ive been able to email them and get reply but they keep on changing their story and sending me mixed messages.

Im unable to track the deliveries and they've stopped responding. I cant phone them either despite them saying they have 24hr support/chat.

Muy mala experiencia use mi pedido ace 6 meses y nadamas me h robaron mi DF dinero 50 dólares sólo me tienen con puras mentiras y ya no re DF pondieron a mis mensajes y me dieron un número de seguimiento que nunca fue Real cuándo les pregunté me lo volvieron a cambiar peró mi pedido nunca lo recibí hasta la fecha de hoy

Same as all above. Scam company that took my money and did not ship. No correspondence regarding tracking info - has never provided.

I purchased items from this website on 7/28/20 t hat cost me $67.99. When the order got confirmed, it said that my order was completed and that it could take up to 30 days to arrive. I reached out to the contact us email provided on the website on 8/26/20 in regards to my order as I didn't receive any tracking and whenever I would click on my order it just says that the status was completed. They responded two days later and said,

" I can confirm that your parcel has been sent to you. I would follow up to add your tracking number to your profile so you can track your parcel on our website.

Please kindly contact me if you have more questions, I would be pleased to be of help.

Please be rest assured that we would keep following up till your items arrive."

I then responded about not getting a tracking number and if it could be sent to me then I get the following response:

"Thank you so much for your message. Your tracking number would be updated to your page and emailed to you within the next 48hours. Please be rest assured that we would keep following up to ensure your parcel gets to you.

Today is now 9/11/20 and I have yet to receive tracking or product. I've gone as far as reaching out to their social media platforms and they tried to get me to follow a "new page that tends to VIPs only". When I said that this was shady, the person said they would get my tracking and send it there. Alas, I have not received any of it.

This company is a scam. The phone number is fake. They are only here to rob people for their money! I have made several attempts to get my money back.

This is some bull[censored]. I lost nearly 80 dollars. I just want to make sure everybody knows and are warned about this group. If anyone knows how to get payment refunded on a credit card. That would be really great.

I ordered the item from the customer website and they had the payment method be through paypal. I used my credit card to pay for it and after 2 months I still had not received what I paid for. Despite contacting the company multiple times they just kept saying they were trying to get the tracking number but I never received any information and just got the run-around instead.

I ordered a product off of their website on 4/18/20 and received an email saying my purchase was confirmed immediately. Some time went by and I still had not received shipping confirmation or any tracking number. So I emailed asking about that and I then received an email saying my order was on the way on 4/24/20 BUT there was still no tracking number. It said to allow 30 days for the item to arrive. So then on 5/28/20 I emailed again about how I still did not have any tracking number and how it had been over 30 days and I still didn't have my item. The next email was from the "customer manager" named Emmanuel M. and he responded with kind words trying to apologize for this. He said he could confirm that my parcel had been sent to me and said he would follow up to give me my tracking number. Again still no tracking number and it is now 5/30/20 so I send another email asking how I am supposed to receive my tracking number. This time I receive an email from the "customer manager" Lewis O. He thanked me for messaging them and said they would email me the tracking number. I immediately responded asking when they would email it because if the item had already shipped then they should immediately be able to send me the tracking number. On 6/1/20 I receive an email from Emmanuel M. again and once again he thanks me for messaging. He says he has followed up to request my tracking info from the "courier". He then asks if I would be kind enough to wait a few days for them to get this info and it is now on the third day as I am typing this review. Now after reading all of the other reviews on this place I am so upset I didn't read them before purchasing from them. They are a SCAM. Do not purchase anything from their website. They try and sugar coat everything so it seems like they are working hard to help you but in reality they just take your money. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Order ***** was placed on 12/28/19 via Hotstuff4guys.com. It is now 5/9/20 and I still have not received my order. From the other complaints it looks like Im another cog in the machine. I have reached out multiple times with the same response: “We have reached out to the carrier for tracking. Please check back in a few days.” They cant even follow up with their customers To provide requested tracking. Obviously I am upset that this happened. Nobody likes to be stolen from. But I wont stop pursuing my claim until it’s rectified; by any means necessary. ;)
