We paid for a hot air balloon ride october 2022 and have never gotten to go on the ride. They often do not reply to text or phone calls. The one time we were supposed to go, they canceled the morning of. It's been a year since we have paid. I have asked for a refund since we have not been able to get the ride we paid for. They have refused to provide refund.
