April 27 2020 I was given a new debit card. My bank was sold to a new banking outfit. I was sent a letter to activate my new card. They claim that my old debit card was going to be deactivated. As it turns out my old bank card was not deactivated. Netflix took a payment out on April 29, 2020 for $15.99 I called customer service after looking up their phone number online. She told me that she would not let me have the email address that my debit card was used under. I tried to log in with my email address. It would not take it. The Netflix site said my email address was not in their system. I asked the girl for it. She says we can't give out that information because it's confidential. Although we have your name and address we aren't allowed to give you that information even though it's your card that somebody was using.
