I receive items that I order from hosehotool. com. Item was not as advertise and it came broken. I contacted the company, send them pictures twice as they ask. They refuse to send refund. They were not a pleasant or helpful store to purchase things.Please be careful ordering since items you purchase are misleading. Purchase items from other avenues not from hosehotool.com They are not willing to accept when they are wrong.

This company has no company information to contact them on other than the website and email. We placed an order with them and they sent us something other than what we ordered. They sent us something 'like' what we ordered, but definitely NOT what we ordered. When I contacted them via email and told them of the mistake THREE times, they kept saying it was correct and I included pictures and their email order with their pictures. Upon doing interest research, they are well known for this. I would like them stopped. My elderly mother is on a fixed income and simply wanted two items and was 'taken' by this fraudulent eCommerce company that has a long wrap sheet on the internet. I simply didn't research before ordered her two items. https://www.hosehotool.com/ Their email for 'the best customer service is" [email protected] They have a large catalog of stuff for the outdoors. Apparently many echo my same complaint. They don't send what you order or they never contact you but they do seem to charge you. Please shut these eCommerce thieves down.
