I paid for my rental via priceline and when I got there they said I needed to pay for toll device I gave them my credit card. When I returned the rental everything was fine. Two weeks later I get a $371 charge from horsepower rental car saying I smoked in the car I'm a non smoking with unlined health issues and I never smoked in my life I dispute it with my credit card company they took it off because I provided proof. Horsepower rental car then recharge my card again $371 they wasn't authorized either time. I read other reviews and they keep doin the same to other customers this is illegal and they need to be stopped.
