I’ve preferred a Halloween costume on October 10th, got the confirmation email with the order number. It was done through Shopify. After a week of not receiving the tracking number, I’ve contacted them and they said it wasn’t in the US yet. After that I’ve never heard from them again though I’ve sent multiple emails. By the end of November, she website ceased to exist and no one ever picked up their phone. I never got my order and my money was gone

I order a mask on Oct 26. Got an email right away showing my order and when to expected the package. (Oct 30-31)

The email told me to download the app SHOP for tracking information. I Received an email Oct 29 saying it was shipping. On the SHOP app the order just said sorry tracking information not available. Reached out to the company via email after a week after the date given for arrival. Never heard back from the company. Emailed them 4 more times. Still no response. Never received my mask!!! 2 1/2 weeks later, still did not receive package. I reached out to my bank to dispute the charges! Dont want anyone else to fall for this scam website!

Add posted on social media selling Halloween masks. Received confirmation after order with order #. After not receiving my order by the original date indicated I reached out via support email that was provided. The response I got was "should deliver around the 30th" but was provided no shipping information whatsoever. Since then I have called and emailed weekly with no response to any of my attempts.

I purchased a Halloween costume from the company, paid for the product online and never received it. I emailed the company 10 days after placing the order asking for info, getting a response saying that their warehouse was in China and that I would receive info on tracking and delivery once the item entered the US. After another 10 days went by I tried calling and emailing the number listed again to find out more info, the phone number went straight to voicemail, in which I never heard back. I never received an email response back either. I have since called multiple times and sent another email with no response.

Order a mask about 2 weeks ago on Oct 17 and on Oct 21. I received a email saying my package is ready to ship and they told me in a email it takes 8 days and all the way until Oct 29 I haven't had a tracking number or any updates and tried emailing them again and now no one will respond. Ordered a few things from the website then when the package didn't arrive googled it and found out they weren't a real company.

All the items are professional grade looking . They used real images from other places and posted as their own. They said half off real studio quality items. Do not buy from these guys.

This website is a classic bait & switch scam. They advertise very high quality Halloween masks when in reality they send very low quality products from China. Nothing as advertised. Supposedly shipped from NM to me in AZ. It took a month to reach me because it came from China.

I purchased the Freddy Krueger outfit deluxe and had originally reached out to cancel my order because it had already been weeks and tracking was still stuck at the "creating label" stage. Few days later, I got an email with just a link to track. I tried emailing that email back but no response. I have tried calling but no answer. My package arrived just a few days ago and I am in complete disgust. It smells like it was drenched in gasoline and the mask was not what was advertised at all. I have emailed multiple times and asked for a refund and even offered to ship the item back but still no response

Website shows high quality Halloween costumes steeply discounted. It appears my ordered item was never shipped, communication with the company is nearly non-existent ...I never received a tracking number nor responses from them when requesting information ...I have requested a refund and have not received a response, despite the website stating full refunds will be made if you are not satisfied within 30 days. This is plain stealing of money through what appears to be legitimate business with a high quality website with secure checkout. I suspect the operation is really in china and not the US as the only single response I received via email from them stated the warehouse was in China and that I would get a tracking number once the product reaches the US...it has been over two weeks since that correspondence and it has been radio silence from them ever since despite me reaching out more than a half dozen times.

Purchased mask from the website. Then received an email it shipped. 12 days later and no mail package. Attempted to contact the company by phone multiple times but it went straight to voicemail.

It has a website set up with all different horror character costumes, each with reviewers and ratings, to make it look legit. I ordered a costume, and it stated it would be delivered between given dates, but it never did. I tried contacting the company, but no one answered, and the phone went right to a generic voicemail.

The website looks legit and I got an email confirmation of my purchase and could use the shopify app to track it.

The tracking never worked. When the product did not arrive, I emailed the company and did not receive a response. I emailed twice and used their customer support tab on the site with no response. I also tried calling and the number was out of service. I noticed they had a facebook page and I went there and found many complaints about never receiving their paid order, never got a response, and that it is a scam.

Its has been a month and still dont have a tracking number i called to find out whats going on and the person on the phone told me its coming from China so they cant give me a tracking number and now there phone gos to voicemail

The website is fake, all AI images and testomony. I immediately attempted to email the seller and cancle the item, never heard back. All the images of the products are from other websites and are not the same products they are selling.
