Purchased a window washer gadget that does not work. I recieved it on Nov 10th/2022 tried to return it per the web page directions on Nov 14th /2022 by contacting company by email as they refuse to answer their phone line. Was advised I was past the deadline. The website clearly states I had 14 days. I have tries corrosponding by email but am getting no where. The item is a piece of junk I want a full refund. And a shipping label if they want it returned. Order #****
