Received a phone message on cell phone referencing my social and name and a reference number of LPT1144000 identifying himself as Nicholas with Horizoning and Associates, a mediation company, and advising me of a potential legal matter and to return his call. When I called back he was very aggressive and when I denied my ss# he said I was a liar and then began to mock me. When I asked what it was about, he said I was hostile and to be home Friday and to expect a Deputy to arrest me. When I called back and tried to find out what this was about, he was very very condescending and rude and tried to insinuate that I was hearing things and was crazy when I attempted to remind him of what he stated in his message, after he denied calling me and leaving the message???? and then he hung up. When I called the number back I reached "MEGAN" who had also left me a message with the same spill as Nicholas about 10 minutes after his first message (they really need to make sure they are not working off the same call list)..when I tried to question her, she got very very aggressive also and then she decided she was no longer an agent with the company she was now just a secretary for Nicholas and then she put me through to him. After a long hold Nicholas picked up, when I began to ask him what service precisely did his company offer in the mediation process, it sounded like crickets and then he said he was having a hard time hearing me, so I yelled into the phone, at which point I could hear giggling in the background...when I mentioned it, the connection was better and Nicholas told me no one was giggling, but when I asked my original mediation question, his answer was "you're cutting out but we do a good job her mediating"....I said well you are doing a darn good job and keep up the great work because both he and Megan are a true blessing from God for all the good work they are doing mediating and hoped they have a Merry Christmas.
