I’ve received multiple calls and voicemails stating “ I have been retained to serve you with documents to appear at either your residence or your place of employment“ and that their client is CashNetUsa and they’re helping collect on a debt for 2011 *or* 2013. I asked for a debt validation letter and was told they do not send those. I called CashNetUsa who stated no one was representing them and that this was a fraudulent call (my account was paid off in 2011 and it was a $250 loan). I then called this company back and offered to three-way call CashNetUSA and they declined. It appears this company has bought spreadsheets with debtors information from National Recovery Services but don’t have any documentation showing what has been paid, settled, etc over the years.
