Claimed to have ability to sue me for a debt I owed Citibank from a decade ago - retied to settle for $1000 - then $750 then $500 than a one time payment of $400 - the rep - a MISS BANES - didn't give me a file number - she new info about me - got very aggressive when I asked who she was- she has called me so many times - got me so upset - I gave my CC number but then called the card company and cancelled the card bc I know its a scam - she THREATENED to sue me, freeze my bank accounts for 4-6 weeks - suspend my drivers license - I also received calls the other day - I have many VM's from them and phone numbers - but NOTHING formal like a letter - they sent me a docu-sign email to sign but the return address in not their company - I am waiting for the police to come so I can file a report on them - I have been terrified and upset all day - she still is calling me but I keep hanging up on her harassing calls
