This is an instagram scam that multiple real people are in on. It is a really obvious scam but I let myself fall for it so I could prove to myself I was right. They ask for an investment amount and promise to increase it by a ridiculous amount. Then they need you to transfer random fees to attempt to revive the payout and that amount keeps increasing until you are broke. I faked transfers to find extra accounts and report them. The part that gets you is that they may be real people and they fake financial success but their success comes from your money.
